These fries are the perfect side dish! They’re fast and easy, perfect for a weeknight dinner, but still feel comforting.
Tim and I were staying in Door County for the weekend and hit the Stugeon Bay farmers market on Saturday morning. We came across something amazing and only in Wisconsin… Door County cherry brats! We did not hesitate buying a pack, and sweet potato fries seemed like the perfect side.
The easiest way to cut the fries is the cut the ends off the potato, then cut it in half. Stand the 2 halves up (like the picture above.) Slice the potato vertically, then rotate 25 degrees and slice again.
The brats were incredible, and the cherries added just a little sweetness. We had them on whole wheat buns with a side of sweet potato fries.

Going through this article reminds me of my previous roommate!
He always kept preaching about this. I will forward this post to him.
Fairly certain he’s going to have a good read.
Many thanks for sharing!
